MONTHLY RENTAL IS INCLUSIVE OF:

• Housekeeping service: 3 days/week (except Sundays and public holidays)
• Towels and linen service: twice/week
• Water consumption charge
• Electricity utility charge equivalent to VND 600,000/month
• First gas tank
• Cable television
• High speed broadband internet service/wireless internet
• The gym and sauna
• Management fee
• 24/7 security guard
• Backup power generator

MONTHLY RENTAL IS EXCLUSIVE OF:
• Electricity charge exceed VND 600,000/month
• Gas utility charge (from the second one)
• Tax
